To which countries does Music Circle deliver?
Music Circle has the license to sell the brands we carry only in the Benelux. Therefore, you can only buy products from us if your delivery address is in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg.
How can I change my order?
As long as you have placed products in your shopping basket but have not paid for them yet, you can change everything. However, once you have paid for your order, it is no longer possible to change it via the web shop. Please contact our customer service team at service@musiccircle.nl as soon as possible to see if we can still stop the shipment and make the change.
How can I cancel my order?
Once you have paid for your order, it is no longer possible to cancel it via the web shop. Please contact our customer service team at service@musiccircle.nl as soon as possible to see if we can still stop the shipment and cancel the order.
Can I order a product that is not in stock?
Yes, provided it is still available. Place the product in your shopping cart, checkout and your order will automatically be delivered when the product is available again.
When will my product be back in stock?
When it is known when a product will be back in stock, it is mentioned on the product page. Note, this is always an estimate and it can happen that the product comes back in stock earlier or later.
You can put a product on your wish list by checking the heart-symbol on the product page. You will now automatically be notified when the product is back in stock.
Can I order a product outside the listed product range?
If it is a product of one of the brands Music Circle carries, this is usually possible. Send us a message with the product details via service@musiccircle.nl and we will get back to you.
Can I get a discount as a business customer?
If you want to order more than 5 units of the same product and the order value is at least €1,500 we will look if there is room for a discount. We will then be happy to make you an offer.
Can I return my order?
You can return your product within 30 days without giving any reason. You can choose to exchange it for another product or we will refund the purchase price. Of course, the product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
How do I return my order?
Simply go to your order overview in your Music Circle account and select the product you wish to return. We will send you return instructions.
You don’t have a Music Circle account? No problem, please send us an email at service@musiccircle.nl stating your order number and product you wish to return. We will answer your email with return instructions.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Yes. For returns you will receive a refund of the purchase price including any shipping costs, but you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.
Why do I need to pay for a return?
Music Circle is concerned about the environment and we want to minimise our impact on it. Returns are very harmful to the environment, as the product has been sent back and forth and the outer packaging is usually not reusable. Therefore, we want to discourage customers from ordering just anything to try out.
When can I expect a refund for a return?
No later than 14 days after the return notification and as soon as possible after receipt of the goods, the refund will take place.
When can I return my order?
You will receive instructions and an RMA number soon after you report your return so that we can recognise your order when it arrives back. You have 14 days from receipt of the RMA number to return your order.
How should I pack the product to be returned?
In a sturdy packaging so that the product is not damaged during transport. Preferably in the same packaging in which it was sent to you.
If the product is incomplete, damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary for the product to be sold, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.
Which products cannot be returned?
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned under the 30-day rule:
- Products with software where the seal is broken or the activation code has been used
- Download products
- Damaged and faulty products. Defective products are covered by our warranty rules.
- Products without the original packaging or incomplete
- Hygienic products the seal is broken. Think of (in-ear) headphones.
- Some special orders outside our range. We always discuss this with you before purchase.

What if I want to make a complaint?
Uh-oh, something went wrong. First of all, our apologies because we strive to give the best possible service. But sometimes things go wrong for us too and unfortunately this is what you experienced. We find this extremely annoying and would like to solve this for you.
Send your complaint to service@musiccircle.nl and we will deal with it immediately.
Have we not been able to help you to your satisfaction?
Then of course you can always submit your complaint to the WebwinkelKeur Foundation via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
How do I know if my payment/order is successful?
Your order is final when the payment has been successfully processed. You will see this immediately on your screen and you will also receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have chosen manual transfer as your payment method, you will receive confirmation of your order as soon as payment has been received.

Can I also pay afterwards?
Yes, you can. Use your VISA or Mastercard to pay. We will reserve the amount on your credit card when you place the order. The amount will be debited after delivery, thus afterwards.

Where can I find my invoice?
After your purchase, you will receive your invoice by e-mail. You can always view and download invoices from previous orders in your Music Circle account.
When can I expect a refund on a return?
We aim to refund within 7 days after receiving the goods.
How do I receive my refund?
Basically the same way as you made the payment, if this is not possible we will ask you for a bank account where we can deposit the amount.
Will my order be shipped the same day?
If you place your order before 2pm on a working day, we will try to send it out the same afternoon. Depending on how busy it is, this may not always be possible.
Orders placed after 2pm will usually be sent out the next working day. Here too, it can sometimes happen that we succeed in sending the order the same afternoon.
When will my order be delivered?
1 to 3 days after shipping your order, your products will be delivered. The Music Circle products are shipped from warehouses in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. The delivery time therefore depends on where the goods come from. You will always receive a Track & Trace code with which you can follow your shipment.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, in the final section of your order, just before you make the payment, you can choose a different delivery address. Once you have paid and the order is final, this is no longer possible.

Can a product be delivered today?
Usually not. Please contact us at service@musiccircle.nl and we will find out if we can arrange it for you on the same day. Note that additional costs will be charged.
Can I also collect my order?
No, as we do not have physical shops this is not possible. If you need it urgently, please contact us at service@musiccircle.nl and we will find out if something is possible.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered?
Check the following:
- Use the Track & Trace code to check the status of your package with the carrier.
- Check whether the delivery address you entered is correct.
- Perhaps you have a 'Not at home' note in your letterbox from the carrier? It may have been delivered to your neighbours or you can pick it up at a parcel shop.
If you have not received your order 3 days after the original delivery date, please contact us at service@musiccircle.nl and we will sort it out for you.
What should I do if I have only received part of my order?
As Music Circle products are distributed from several warehouses, it is possible that you will receive your order in several separate shipments. For each shipment you will receive a Track & Trace code.
However, if you find that still only part of your order has been delivered, please contact us at service@musiccircle.nl and we will sort it out for you.
How long do I have warranty on my order?
At Music Circle, you get a standard 2-year warranty on your purchase. We only sell quality brands so we are confident that you will not have to make a claim on this. In the unlikely event that a product does become defective during this period, please contact us at service@musiccircle.nl and we will resolve the matter.
My order is damaged, what now?
Oh, that's annoying! With our strict quality control, we ensure that all shipments are sent in perfect condition and we also work with the best carriers. And yet, unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong. We are deeply sorry that this just happened with your order.
Of course we will solve this for you, but for that we need information about the damage. We would like to receive photos that help us assess the damage:
- Is the outer packaging damaged upon delivery? Take a picture of it, preferably before opening the package. Make sure it concerns our package by also photographing the shipping label.
- Is the product packaging damaged? Please also photos.
- Finally the article itself, please photograph the visible damage.
We would like to receive these photos via service@musiccircle.nl so that we can solve this for you.
Is repair always free of charge?
If a product is defective during the warranty period and it is a manufacturing defect, the repair is free of charge.
If the defect is caused by your own actions, there will be costs associated with the repair. It is not possible to say in advance how much this will be. Please contact us at service@musiccircle.nl so that we can make an estimate before we start the repair.
Why is buying at Music Circle more environmentally friendly?
Because we ship directly to you from our distributors, a transport step is skipped. At other webshops, products are first sent to them before they are forwarded to you. By skipping this step, Music Circle saves on CO2 emissions and less packaging is used.
Do you have a showroom or a physical shop?
No. Music Circle only sells online via dropshipping. This means that a product ordered through Music Store is sent directly to you from the distributors we work with.

Does Music Circle have the lowest price?
We definitely try! We keep a close eye on the market and adjust our prices whenever possible.
