Great tone and versatility are the 53DB's calling card. With a dual humbucker configuration, you start with a full range of classic tones that are often lacking on a guitar of this style.

Then we added our custom electronics modification called the Great 8, which allows you to switch those humbuckers to a single-coil tone. This is done using two push-pull potentiometers.

Have fun with these eight distinctive tone options! The body of the 53DB is made of alder and has a beautiful flamed maple top. The instrument is packed with features and is fun to play!
