Can I return my order?

You can return your product within 30 days without giving any reason. You can choose to exchange it for another product or we will refund the purchase price. Of course, the product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
 

How do I return my order?

Simply go to your order overview in your Music Circle account and select the product you wish to return. We will send you a return label and instructions.
You don’t have a Music Circle account? No problem, please send us an email at service@musiccircle.nl stating your order number and product you wish to return. We will answer your email with a return label and instructions.
 

Do I have to pay for the return?

Yes, for returns you will receive a refund of the purchase price including any shipping costs, but you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.

 

Why must I pay for the return?

Music Circle is concerned about the environment and we want to minimise our impact on it. Returns are very harmful to the environment as the product has been sent back and forth and the outer packaging is usually not reusable. Therefore, we want to discourage customers from ordering just anything to try out.
 

When can I expect a refund for a return?

No later than 14 days after the return notification and as soon as possible after receipt of the goods, the refund will take place.
 

When can I return my order?

You will receive instructions and an RMA number soon after you report your return so that we can recognise your order when it arrives back. You have 14 days from receipt of the RMA number to return your order.
 

How should I pack the product to be returned?

In a sturdy packaging so that the product is not damaged during transport. Preferably in the same packaging in which it was sent to you.
If the product is incomplete, damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary for the product to be sold, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.
 

Which products cannot be returned?

Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned under the 30-day rule:
- Products with software where the seal is broken or the activation code has been used
- Download products
- Damaged and faulty products. Defective products are covered by our warranty rules.
- Products without the original packaging or incomplete
- Hygienic products the seal is broken. Think of (in-ear) headphones.
- Some special orders outside our range. We always discuss this with you before purchase.
